• Supplier and sourcing tracking
• Cost and profit analysis
• Marketplace listing tools (starting with Vinted)
• Team collaboration features
• AI-assisted product cataloging

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Obligations

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

7. Marketplace Integrations

When you connect marketplace accounts (such as Vinted, eBay, etc.), you agree to:

• Comply with all marketplace terms of service and policies
• Use marketplace integrations only for lawful purposes
• Accept responsibility for all listings created through the Service
• Ensure you have proper authorization to list products

Wrenlist is not responsible for marketplace policy violations or listing rejections. You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings comply with marketplace requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrenlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
